Our stand-up spout pouches are built on a gusseted bottom panel that lets the pack stand upright on shelf, with four-side sealed edges and a screw-cap or leak-resistant valve spout matched to your filling line. The format handles medium- to high-viscosity liquids and semi-liquids, pours cleanly with low residue, and reseals after opening. It is produced from 10ml up to 10L, giving importers a single pouch family across trial, retail and bulk sizes.
Food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE are specified according to your product and sterilisation method, with barrier and sealant layers adjusted to suit. Surfaces are printed by 1-8 colour gravure, which supports smooth gradients and matt or gloss finishing. Pouch sizes run from 10ml to 10L in standard, shaped and spouted styles, and matching roll film can be supplied in the same artwork for form-fill-seal lines.
