This stand-up spout pouch is built on a bottom-gusset construction that lets the pack stand firmly on shelf and run smoothly along filling lines. A welded spout at the top takes a screw cap or press-and-flip closure for controlled dispensing and a dependable seal, while side and bottom heat seals can be sized to your fill volume. It handles low- to medium-viscosity creams, lotions and scrubs, making it a practical format for travel-size and sampling programmes.
Material build-up is chosen around the contents: typical food-grade laminates include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, balancing barrier, stiffness and puncture resistance. Printing runs in 1-8 colour gravure, with full-bleed backgrounds, spot varnish or matt finishes available. Common capacities cover 100ml, 200ml and 300ml, and pouch dimensions can be re-engineered around your fill weight; matching roll film in the same artwork is also available for automatic filling lines.
These pouches are widely used for skincare, body lotion, scrub, hair care, shower gel and travel-size packs, as well as small-format food items such as sauces and honey. Custom artwork is developed from your samples, drawings or design files, and printing plus lamination are handled at our Dongguan plant in Guangdong under 10,000-class cleanroom production, with OEM/ODM programmes for importers and brand owners.
