These stand-up spout pouches are built on a bottom-gusset format so a filled bag stands upright on shelf or in a travel kit. The body and base carry reinforced heat seals, while the clear flip-top spout allows controlled pouring and easy reclosure for liquids and lotions. The spout base is sealed into the pouch wall for a firm, leak-resistant joint. Standard nozzles or valved spouts can be specified, and the silhouette can be adjusted to flat, angled or rounded profiles for retail display.
The laminate is selected around the fill: food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE structures are available, balancing barrier, puncture resistance and seal strength. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure, giving dense, well-anchored graphics with matt or gloss finishes. Common volumes run from 50ml to 200ml, with larger formats on request, and spout diameter and pouch dimensions can be matched to your filling line.
