The stand-up spout pouch is built from a gusseted base and side gussets, sealed on three or four sides so the pack stands upright on shelf and keeps its shape through filling, stacking and container-load transport. A plastic spout is fitted at the top, normally with a screw cap; one-way valves and flip-top spouts are also available. Spout diameter and neck finish can be matched to your filling line and to the way consumers pour and reseal the pack.
Laminate structure is selected around your product and shelf-life target: food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, with an inner heat-seal layer and a barrier layer that limits oxygen and light ingress. Printing runs in 1-8 colour gravure, holding colour reproduction steadily, with matt or gloss finishes available. Standard volumes span 250ml to 1L and can be extended to other fill sizes; matching roll film is supplied in the same artwork and structure.
