This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid and semi-liquid filling: the body is formed with side seals and a folded bottom gusset, so it stands firmly on the shelf and resists tipping after filling. A welded-in spout sits at the top, available with a standard screw cap or a tamper-evident pull-ring closure, and the widened weld zone around the spout keeps the seal intact through repeated opening and long-distance shipment.
The laminate is food-grade and configured to the fill: typical builds include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with a chemical-resistant PE sealing layer that can be adjusted for acidic or alkaline contents. Printing runs 1-8 colour gravure with matte, gloss or spot-varnish finishes. Volumes cover 100ml to 500ml, and matching roll film can be supplied alongside the pouches for overseas filling lines.
These pouches are used for hair colour, perm lotion, hair serum, refill packs and other liquid personal-care products, as well as sauces and syrups. Customisation starts from your sample, drawing or artwork: we confirm the laminate, structure and 1-8 colour print proof, then produce a pre-production sample. Bulk runs are completed in our 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, container-load shipping and export documentation support.
