This stand-up spout pouch is built as a bottom-gusseted, side-sealed bag that stands upright on the shelf and runs on automatic filling lines. The spout is a screw-cap fitment, and a one-way valve or leak-resistant seal can be added where carbonation or oxidation control matters. Side, bottom and spout welds are heat-sealed with matched parameters so the pouch holds its shape and resists drop impact during transport. It suits liquid and semi-liquid fills such as juice, beverages and milk, and can be supplied as a finished pouch ready for export packing.

The laminate is food-grade: typical builds are PET/aluminium foil/PE or PET/NY/PE, with the barrier and sealant layers selected to match the fill and any retort or pasteurisation route, giving light, oxygen and flex-crack resistance. Surface printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, which handles solid areas, gradients and fine line artwork. Standard capacities run from 250ml to 350ml, and other formats can be developed on request. Matching roll film in the same structure is available, so importers filling on their own lines can run continuous production and keep pouch and film perfectly aligned.
