Stand-Up Spout Pouches 1.5L–5L Low-Temperature Custom Printing for Beer & Liquids

This stand-up spout pouch is built on a folded bottom gusset that opens into a stable, self-supporting base, so the filled pack stands squarely on retail shelves and feeds cleanly through automatic filling lines. Body seals are made in three-side or four-side formats, and the spout can be specified as a screw cap, a leak-resistant valve, or a flip-top with pull ring. Spout position and opening dimensions are set to match your filling equipment before tooling is released.

Pouches are laminated from food-grade films — commonly PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE — with the inner and barrier layers selected around your product's oxygen, light and low-temperature requirements. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with colour matched to the approved artwork proof. Standard volumes cover 1.5L, 2.5L, 3L and 5L; new cylinders can be engraved for other formats, and matching roll film is available in the same print for continuous production.

Typical applications include beer, juice, tea drinks, syrups, sauces and liquid household products for retail, foodservice and automated filling lines overseas.
