Stand-Up Spout Pouch in Aluminum Foil, 1L–5L, for Wine and Juice Packaging

This stand-up spout pouch is built on a three-dimensional block-bottom structure: the double-folded base is heat-sealed so the filled pouch stands upright on shelf and resists tipping during handling. The top is fitted with an angled or straight spout, and a one-way valve can be added for wine, juice and similar liquids, allowing clean filling and controlled pouring. Sealing parameters are set for liquid containment, so the pouches run smoothly on automatic filling and capping lines. Spout diameter, valve type and fitment are agreed against the filling equipment each buyer uses.

Pouches are made from food-grade laminates, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, where the foil layer blocks oxygen and light while the PE inner layer provides the heat-seal surface in direct contact with the liquid. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork adapted from your files or from a physical sample, and options include transparent windows, matte or gloss finishes and reserved spout positions. Volumes cover 1L, 1.5L, 3L and 5L, and bag dimensions can be re-engineered around your actual fill weight.
