Our stand-up spout pouches are built on a stable bottom-gusset structure with reinforced side and bottom seals, giving reliable shelf presence and travel-friendly handling. They can be fitted with butterfly spouts or standard spout options, combined with leak-resistant valves and screw caps for controlled dispensing of hand gel, lotion and similar low-to-medium viscosity products. Seal width and spout welding can be adjusted to suit filling lines, transport conditions and importer requirements, making them a practical export packaging format for personal care ranges.

The pouch body is typically constructed from food-grade laminate film such as PET/PE or PET/NY/PE, with thickness and layer combinations adjusted to the contents and barrier requirements while balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and seal integrity. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering clear graphics and consistent colour, with options for matte, gloss and selected finishing effects. Standard volumes include 30ml, 50ml and 100ml, and other sizes can be developed around fill volume, pouch proportions and spout specification. Matching roll film is also available for filling lines.
