The double-gusset bag-in-box pouch is presented as a single size family: 1 L, 2 L, 3 L, 4 L and 5 L. Channels can select small fills for retail or trial use and larger fills for food service or household stock, while the pouch format and valve are shared, so a filling line can change between sizes without re-adapting the structure.
The pouch body is a PET+AL+PA+PE lamination. The aluminium foil layer works as a light and oxygen barrier, nylon adds toughness, and the inner PE layer forms the heat seal. The double-gusset base opens into two folded supports that press toward the carton walls, helping reduce shifting during stacking and transport.
Thickness is 15-25丝, printing is 1-8 colours, the MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and volume is chosen from sizes within the 1-5 L range.
It suits juice packaging, beverage packaging, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging, coffee packaging and liquid packaging. In enquiries, it is also commonly called a valve pouch or a double-gusset pouch.
