Custom 1.5L–4L Stand-Up Spout Pouches for Juice and Liquor Packaging

This stand-up spout pouch uses a double-gusseted base that folds out into a stable standing format, keeping the pack upright on the shelf and inside the carton. A food-grade spout with screw cap is fitted at the top, with an optional leak-resistant seal ring for smooth pouring and repeated reclosure. Four-side heat seals and a flat, even seam profile allow the pouch to withstand normal filling lines and stacking pressure, making it a practical replacement for rigid bottles and drums in liquid packaging.

The laminate is built on food-grade PET, NY and PE films, with the barrier layer and film thickness adjusted to suit the fill — balancing flex resistance, puncture strength and oxygen barrier where needed. Printing runs on 1–8 colour gravure presses, giving consistent colour reproduction across the run, with matte, gloss and spot finishing available. Standard formats cover 1.5L, 2L, 3L and 4L, and other sizes can be developed from buyer drawings; matching roll film is supplied for the same artwork.

Typical applications are juice, liquor and spirits, beverage concentrates, edible oil and sauce, with further use in home care and industrial liquids. Custom artwork is accepted from samples or drawings: structure and print layout are confirmed first, then sampling, then bulk production.
