This made-to-order liquid spout pouch is built for 1–5 L fills, with a butterfly valve at the outlet plus a carry handle and double-gusset base, forming one bag-in-box configuration. The butterfly valve opens and closes via a rotating part and gives a clear tactile response, making it suitable for juice-type liquids that are dispensed repeatedly.
The pouch body uses a PET+AL+PA+PE laminate. The aluminium foil layer blocks light and oxygen; the nylon layer improves puncture resistance under repeated folding; and the inner PE layer is welded to the valve seat and spout. After filling, the double-gusset base opens out so the bag can stand upright once placed in a carton.
Thickness ranges from 15–25 丝 (0.15–0.25 mm), volume covers 1–5 L, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
It is used for juice packaging, beverage packaging, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging, coffee packaging and liquid packaging, and is often quoted as a valve pouch, oil-valve pouch or foil stand-up pouch.
