Built for food service, beverage and bar environments, this 5 L double-gusset stand-up pouch uses a large-format fill. Since a 5 L pack is rarely emptied in one go, it comes with a valve and spout: dispense only what is needed, keep the rest inside, and skip decanting or leaving a half-used bottle open.
The pouch body is a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE lamination. PET forms the outer layer for scuff resistance and print, AL blocks light and oxygen, PA contributes puncture resistance, and PE serves as the heat-seal inner layer. A stand-up base paired with double-gusset construction helps a filled soft pouch stay upright inside its carton for stacking and handling.
Specifications are film thickness 15–25丝, capacity 1–5 L, printing 1–8 colours, and MOQ 10,000 pcs.
