Product details
The spout on this stand-up pouch is welded into one shoulder rather than the centre of the top, so jelly, pudding, yogurt and liquid snacks can be sucked directly from the pack without tilting the head back. That makes it easy for children and adults to use on the go, and an optional flip cap keeps the spout covered between servings and allows the pouch to be reclosed if the contents are not finished in one go.
The pouch body is built from a PET / AL / NY / PE food-grade laminate. AL blocks light and oxygen to help preserve flavour, NY improves flexibility and resistance to squeezing, PET adds stiffness and printability, and PE serves as the heat-seal layer. A bottom gusset gives the filled pouch a self-standing base, while bag height and spout position can be set around hand-held use. Common capacities run from 100 ml to 500 ml, with around 300 ml a typical format; spout diameter can be chosen for the filled product, and capacity, spout location and layout are all customizable.
