1-5L Bag-in-Box Valve Spout Pouch for Wine & Juice | PET+AL+PA+PE Four-Layer Double Insert Bottom

Custom-built for liquid brands, this bag-in-box pouch is aimed at juice, red wine and similar products. The bag carries both a valve and a spout, then works with an outer carton as a complete bag-in-box system: after filling, the flexible pouch sits inside the box, the carton maintains the shape while the pouch contains the liquid, and once opened the valve dispenses the contents while any remainder stays in the bag for later use.

The pouch wall uses a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE lamination. PET provides the outer strength and print surface, AL foil blocks light and oxygen, PA nylon adds puncture and flex resistance, and PE forms the inner layer for heat sealing and liquid contact. The double insert bottom creates two folded inserts at the base, helping distribute force more evenly once the pouch is placed in its carton.

Specifications: 15-25丝 thickness, 1-5L capacity, 1-8 colour printing, and an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
