1–5 L Aluminum Foil Double-Gusset Stand-Up Pouch with Butterfly Valve Spout for Wine Bag-in-Box

The butterfly valve and spout are what this pouch is built around, and they are what sets it apart from an ordinary stand-up bag. Aimed mainly at red wine and spirits, the bag is printed to your own artwork and, once filled, drops into a carton to become a bag-in-box. Wine keeps changing the moment it meets oxygen — and because a pouch collapses and hugs the liquid as it empties, there is little headspace left above what remains, so the wine meets air less often than it would in a rigid container with a permanent air gap.

The body is a PET + AL + PA + PE laminate, and every layer has a defined job: aluminium foil is the barrier workhorse, nylon (PA) brings flexibility and puncture resistance, the outer PET layer carries the printed ink, and the inner PE layer both heat-seals and sits against the wine. Its double-gusset base holds the filled bag upright and steady inside the box, so it resists tipping while the carton is moved, stacked and handled.

Specifications: 15–25 丝 film thickness, 1–5 L volume, 1–8 print colours, and a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs.
