Within our roll film range, this food-grade printed laminate is built for food packaging that relies on full-panel graphics. Printing is completed before lamination, which keeps color consistent and registration accurate from batch to batch, making it ideal for packs that need brand details and complete artwork across the pouch face.
The structure uses food-contact composite materials: an inner layer for heat sealing and an outer layer that supports printing and stiffness. Thickness options range from 6 to 12 silk. Web width is made to your packaging machine's bag-making dimensions. Printing covers 1–8 colors, and artwork can be supplied by you or handled by our design team.
This film runs on three-side-seal and four-side-seal packaging machines and is commonly chosen for biscuits, candy, nuts, tea and coffee. It is produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong.
