Kangdi Packaging laminated roll film is supplied to overseas converters, importers and brand owners who form sachets or multi-lane pouches on automatic packaging lines. The roll stock is built with a heat-seal layer, barrier layer and printed layer, so seal width, seal profile and coefficient of friction can be adjusted to suit different form-fill-seal machines. For spouted or valve pouch formats, we can align the laminate structure and opening/valve positions with the finished pouch process.
Food-grade laminate options include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and NY/PE, selected according to barrier, temperature and chemical resistance requirements. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with surface options such as matte, gloss, tactile or spot varnish finishes. Standard roll widths range from 100–1,200 mm and thicknesses from 40–150 μm. Rolls can be slit to your pouch dimensions and core/roll diameter requirements for smooth running on your filling equipment.
Typical applications include no-rinse gel, shampoo, sauce, seasoning, coffee concentrate, pet wet food and personal-care sample sachets, as well as stick packs and single-serve pouches. Customisation starts from your samples or drawings: we confirm pouch style, dimensions, laminate structure and artwork, then arrange proofing and bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom and OEM/ODM support. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with container-load shipping and export documentation assistance available.
