These liquid pouch bags are produced in stand-up, three-side-seal and four-side-seal formats, with folded bottoms and reinforced heat seals that help the pack hold its shape through filling, palletising and ocean freight. The pouch mouth can be fitted with a screw spout, straight spout or one-way valve to suit automatic filling lines, and the resealable closure lets end users pour and store the contents after opening. Film structure, seal width and spout position are agreed before production so the bag runs smoothly on your filling equipment.

Bags are made from food-grade laminated structures such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/PE, with film layers and thicknesses selected to match the acidity, oil content and sterilisation method of your product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, including full-coverage artwork and matte or spot-varnish finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film can be supplied on the same artwork so importers can run pouch and roll-stock formats on one filling line.
