Aluminum Foil Liquid Pouch Bags for Coding Ink 1000ml 2L

This liquid pouch is developed for coding machine inks and solvent-based printing consumables, serving overseas fillers and brand owners. It is produced in three-side seal or four-side seal stand-up spouted formats, with reinforced perimeter seals and a screw-cap spout or one-way valve for filling, pouring and resealing. Leak-resistant seals help protect liquid contents during long-distance transport and container shipment, keeping outer cartons clean and reducing leakage claims.

The pouch structure is laminated from PET, NY, AL and PE films, with barrier and sealant layers adjusted to the chemical profile of the ink and solvent, balancing solvent resistance, light blocking and puncture strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing with solid backgrounds and fine text for export market branding. Common capacities include 1000ml and 2L; other sizes can be customised on our in-house lamination and bag-making lines, and matching roll film is available with the same artwork.
