Liquid Pouch Bag with Butterfly Valve for 2.5L Wine and Juice Packaging

This butterfly-valve liquid pouch is built for flow-controlled dispensing of wine, juice and other pourable liquids. The bag is formed with four-side seals and reinforced side inserts, with the valve welded into the top panel so that filling lines can dispense with minimal drip and controlled flow. Bottom and side seals are strengthened to withstand the stacking and handling loads that occur after filling. Valve position, weld width and pouch geometry can be adjusted to match the customer's existing filling equipment, which keeps integration simple for importers supplying their own bottling or packing partners.

The bag body is built from a food-grade aluminium foil laminate, usually a PET / foil / PE structure bonded by dry lamination, which gives high barrier against oxygen, moisture and light while remaining flexible enough to fold and stack. Printing is handled in-house with 1-8 colour gravure printing, including full-surface coverage, spot colours and matt or gloss finishes. Standard capacities run from 1L to 5L, and pouch dimensions, valve specification and spout diameter can be tailored to the filling line. Matching roll film from the same artwork is also available.

Typical applications include red wine and fruit wine, concentrated juice, fruit syrup, sauces, edible oil and liquid condiments, supplied to beverage brands, food distributors, foodservice channels and private-label programmes.
