This liquid pouch bag is engineered for the export filling of ink and similar liquids. It uses a pillow-shaped format with back and side seals, plus a plastic nozzle centred at the top that can be fitted with a screw cap or a plug-seal cap. After filling the pouch is heat sealed and stands upright for shelf display, giving controlled pouring and clean dispensing, which suits single-use 200ml formats as well as other small and medium capacities.
The body is built from multilayer laminates such as PET/aluminium foil/PE or PET/NY/PE. The foil layer provides barrier protection against moisture, oxygen and light, while the PE inner layer delivers dependable heat sealing and resistance to aggressive liquids; thickness can be adjusted to suit the fill. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, produced from your sample pouch or artwork, with a proof for approval before the run. Capacities span 100ml to 1L, and matching roll film is available for automatic filling lines.
Typical applications include curing ink, UV soft ink and UV hard ink, alongside juices, sauces and liquid detergents packed for overseas brand owners and distributors.
