This stand-up spout pouch combines a self-standing base with a top-mounted spout and screw cap. Once filled, it can stand upright on a shelf, hang for display, and be squeezed with one hand for controlled dispensing. It is designed for liquid personal care products such as body wash, shampoo, facial cleanser, body lotion and sheet-mask liquids, in sample sizes, travel formats and refill packs. Lightweight and compact, the format suits retail display, courier shipping and hotel amenity programs.

The pouch body is available in aluminium foil, pure aluminium or laminated material. Foil and pure aluminium layers act as barriers against light, oxygen and moisture, helping reduce fragrance loss and protect active ingredients. Laminates bond multiple film layers for flexibility, so the bag resists breakage during drops. The spout is heat-sealed to the pouch and paired with a screw cap: open to dispense, close to keep leaks out.

Capacities span 1-1000 ml, covering single-use sachets through family refill bags. Printing supports 1-8 colours for brand logos, ingredient lists, barcodes and usage instructions. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions and spout diameter can all be customised to your requirements.
