Custom Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Laundry Detergent | 1–1000 ml Foil Laminate Liquid Bag

This is a stand-up liquid pouch fitted with a screw-cap spout, built first and foremost for laundry detergent but just as suitable for disinfectant and other liquid products. Once filled, the pouch supports itself on its base, while the cap on the spout governs the flow so pouring stays tidy and splash-free.

The body is a laminated structure, and whether a foil layer is included depends on the product. Foil blocks light and acts as a barrier, which helps slow changes in the active ingredients of the liquid; the laminate layers carry the tensile strength and puncture resistance. Four edges are heat-sealed and the spout is welded into the top panel, so the seal runs continuously around the opening.

Capacities run from 1 to 1000 ml, printing supports 1 to 8 colours, and orders start at 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specification and base construction can all be tailored; artwork can come from the customer as a print-ready file, or we can lay it out first and send it back for approval.

Applications sit squarely in liquid packaging, with laundry detergent, disinfectant and similar cleaning and home-care liquids leading the way. Household bulk refill packs, supermarket shelf displays and hotel washroom decanting all work with this format. For large refill sizes, widening the base keeps a filled pouch steady on a shelf or inside a carton.

Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Bag making and spout welding are both handled in-house, and an existing sample from the customer can be replicated for size and feel. Running a sample before bulk production is the recommended way to verify seam strength; if material or colour deviates from the approved sample, the sample price applies.
