Custom Shaped Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Jelly & Drinks | 1–1000 ml Colour Printing

These custom shaped stand-up spout pouches are built for liquid foods, with jelly and beverages as the main applications. The silhouette does not have to follow a standard rectangle: curved edges or irregular contours can be developed around brand artwork, while the stand-up base keeps the filled pouch stable on shelf.

The pouch body is made from laminated material. Its multi-layer bond delivers barrier protection and strength. Printing sits on the outer layer, helping graphics and text resist scuffing. A spout is welded at the top and sealed with a screw cap. Shaped cutting and heat sealing are executed together, so the seal width stays consistent along the contour.

Production covers 1–1000 ml capacities, 1–8 colour printing, and a 10,000-piece minimum order. Shaped outline, pouch dimensions, and spout specification are customisable. Tooling can begin once the customer's design file is supplied, and a clear viewing window can also be incorporated if needed.

Typical use is liquid food packaging, especially jelly and drinks; comparable liquid food products are also accepted. Branded snack lines, children's beverage ranges, and gift-box assortments can all be packed in colour-printed shaped pouches.

Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Bag making and spout welding are handled in-house, and an existing customer sample bag can be used as the reference for shape replication. Before bulk production, sampling is recommended to verify print quality and seal strength; when material or colour changes, the sample price applies.
