These stand-up spout pouches are built for hair-care liquids, with shampoo and conditioner as the main fills; they also handle viscous pastes such as colour cream and perm solution. After filling, the pouch can stand upright for stacking, the screw-cap spout helps control dispensed volume, and upside-down hanging does not drip.

The pouch body uses laminated material, and an aluminium foil (AL) layer can be added when required. In a laminate, a base film is bonded with barrier layers: the outer layer carries print and resists scuffing, while the inner layer is the product-contact surface; heat sealing turns the edges into a continuous seam. Adding foil improves light blocking, making the structure more suitable for light-sensitive formulas.

Volumes span 1–1000 ml, printing runs 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. For colour cream and similar high-viscosity fills, spout bore and pouch width can be matched to the filling equipment and paste flow; artwork and bag format are also open to customisation.

Typical uses include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, as well as body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and liquid packaging. Salon-chain decanting consumables, e-commerce hair-care sets and supermarket refill packs are all suitable for this pouch format.
