Custom Printed Plastic Shaped Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Jelly, Juice & Liquid Foods (1–1000 ml)

Built around shaped die-cutting and custom printing, this plastic stand-up spout pouch is designed for liquid food products such as jelly and juice drinks. Its profile can move beyond a conventional rectangle, following curved or custom outlines from the customer's design while printed panels build shelf impact. A stand-up base plus spout gives the pack upright presentation and lets consumers drink directly from it.

Made from laminated material, the pouch combines a printing layer, a barrier layer and a heat-seal layer. Producing a shaped format relies on die cutting working closely with bag-making tooling. When the outer contour changes, the heat-seal width must be adjusted in step to reduce the risk of weak seal areas. The spout weld is still the key sealing point, so the bond between the spout and the pouch shoulder is checked after forming.

Available capacity spans 1–1000 ml, printing can be 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Shaped outline, pouch dimensions, spout and cap style, and overall artwork can all be customized to customer files. A shaped pouch generally requires a dedicated die made from the drawing, and sampling first verifies how the outline aligns with the printed registration.

Applications include liquid foods, cream and cheese, and juice and beverages, with examples such as jelly, purée, cream, cheese sauce and juice drinks.
