Built for 250 ml fills of laundry detergent and antibacterial disinfectant dilutions, this spout pouch suits household cleaning liquids. It has a stand-up base and a screw-cap spout at the top, so refilling and single-dose portioning are easy; after opening, the spout can be directed straight into a bottle neck.

Construction uses laminated material. Multiple film layers are bonded so the inner layer resists attack from the contents, the outer layer carries print and handles abrasion, and the middle layer delivers barrier performance. The pouch is heat-sealed into shape, with the spout fused to the top. The cap continues to seal after repeated open-close cycles, helping prevent liquid from seeping out.

Capacities span 1–1000 ml, and formats beyond 250 ml can be scheduled for production. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore and artwork can be customised, and text such as dilution ratios can be printed on the pouch body.
