Custom Four-Side-Seal Foil Spout Pouch | 1–10 L Liquid Packaging for Juice & Hydrogen-Rich Water

Made in a four-side-seal format, this liquid pouch is available in metallized (VMPET) and pure aluminium (AL) materials, with capacities from 1–10 L and a spout plus screw cap. Sealing on all four edges keeps the pouch face flat and broad, making it suitable for liquid foods such as fruit juice and hydrogen-rich water. The aluminium layer provides light blocking and barrier protection, helping reduce light and oxygen exposure during storage.

Instead of relying on folded bottom corners to form, the four-side seal has a simple shape and a relatively firm, crisp body, so multiple pouches resist sliding when stacked. In the laminate, an adhesive bonds aluminium foil to plastic film: the foil carries the barrier function, while the plastic film supplies strength and heat-seal performance. The inner layer must be compatible with the fill to lower the risk of delamination after long contact.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Capacity covers 1–10 L, the accessory set is a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch width and height, spout specification, and seal-edge dimensions are all customisable. Artwork is produced from the customer's design file, and the colour order is subject to proofing.

Main uses include fruit juice pouches and stand-up spout pouches for hydrogen-rich water, as well as other small liquid food packs that require light protection. Once the spout is opened, the contents can be consumed in portions; the screw cap can be put back to reseal any remainder.

Production takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where printing, lamination, and pouch making run as closely connected steps. Proofing can be done from an existing sample pouch, and bulk production begins after the seal edges and foil performance are confirmed.

Foil thickness and pouch dimensions influence both cost and barrier level, so quotations are based on the approved sample. If the fill contains acidic components, please mention this in advance so the inner layer material can be adjusted.
