These liquid pouch bags are engineered for export programmes, available in three-side seal and four-side seal formats with spouts, screw caps or one-way degassing valves. Flat-bottom and stand-up constructions are both offered, and every seal is heat-reinforced for reliable containment. The spout position and valve specification can be aligned with your filling line so that automatic filling runs smoothly, cutting leakage and oxidation risk while giving your brand a clean, shelf-ready presentation in overseas retail.
The laminate is built on food-grade aluminium foil structures such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE, chosen for oxygen barrier, light protection and pressure resistance in vacuum-compressed and ambient shipments. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving consistent colour density and repeatable artwork across long runs; we work from your drawings or physical sample bags. Pouch volumes span 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film is available so the same artwork can run on your form-fill-seal lines.
Typical applications include coffee concentrates, flavoured black tea, juice and tea extracts, syrups, sauces and select liquid personal care products. Our OEM/ODM process starts with your sample bag or drawing, followed by artwork confirmation, sampling and bulk production.
