Custom Dual-Spout Stand-Up Liquid Pouch with Handle | 5 L / 10 L Large-Capacity Top & Bottom Outlet Bag | Nylon-PE Transparent Laminate

This custom dual-spout stand-up pouch is built for large-volume liquid packaging. One outlet is positioned at each end, creating a through-bag dispensing path: fill from the top, discharge from the bottom, or use either end according to the application. An integrated carry handle supports outdoor and mobile handling. Two capacities are available: 5 L and 10 L.

The pouch body combines nylon-PE with laminated material and uses a transparent format, keeping the contents visible. Nylon contributes tensile strength and puncture resistance, while PE provides heat-sealability and forms the liquid-contact layer. After lamination, the bag-making process seals the edges and welds the outlets. Because the outlets sit at opposite ends, the weld areas must spread the load, making pouch-face flatness important for consistent production.

Capacities cover 5 L and 10 L, with printing in 1–8 colours. Fittings include a screw cap, spout, valve and carry handle, selected to match the filling and dispensing method. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and bag dimensions and artwork can be customized to the customer's requirements.

Suitable liquids include drinking water, juice, soup, milk and beer. Typical uses are outdoor supply, takeaway catering and temporary water storage. The upper outlet helps with filling and drinking, the lower outlet supports drainage, and the handle allows one person to move a full pouch.
