Made for personal care lines, this custom foil stand-up spout pouch often holds perm cream and perm solution. Its stand-up base keeps the pouch upright on a shelf or bathroom counter without being held steady while dispensing.

The body combines aluminum foil with laminated materials. The foil layer blocks light and oxygen, while the laminated structure provides strength and resistance to repeated folding, reducing the chance of creasing or splitting under repeated compression in transit.

A spout is heat-welded into the pouch opening and paired with a screw cap. Even after many open-close cycles, the sealing area continues to sit firmly, so cream fillings are less likely to escape around the spout.

Fill volumes can be specified from 1 to 1000 ml, artwork can run in 1–8 colours, and production starts at 10,000 pcs. Customization covers the stand-up base width, pouch height, spout bore and printed layout; outlet size can also be tuned to the flow characteristics of the contents.
