Custom Aluminium Foil Stand-Up Spout Pouches for Hair Dye, Perm Liquid & Moisturizing Gel | 1–1000 ml

Made from aluminium foil and laminated material, these custom stand-up spout pouches from Kody Packaging are built for hair-dye and perm liquids as well as moisturizing hair gel. The pouch stands upright on its base, and the spout delivers a concentrated stream, so salon staff measuring portions can control output more easily and reduce over-squeezing or spills.

Within the structure, the aluminium foil layer provides light blocking and barrier protection, while the laminate bonds the films together to support printability, tensile strength and puncture resistance. The top spout is heat-welded to the pouch body; once the cap is closed, the pack stays sealed, helping limit drying-out and scent loss.

Volumes range from 1–1000 ml. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specifications, bottom construction and printed layout can be adjusted; tooling and sampling begin after the customer’s design file is received.

Suitable fills include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, along with body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and liquid packaging.
