Custom 5L Laminated Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent & Cleaning Liquids

Built around a 5 L stand-up spout format, this liquid packaging pouch includes a spout, a handle and a screw cap. It is designed primarily for portioning dish soap, laundry detergent, hand wash and cleaning agents, making it a familiar pouch style for household cleaning liquids. Once filled, the pouch stands on its base; the handle supports carrying and the spout allows controlled pouring.

The pouch body is made from laminated material. Its inner layer is selected with the acidity or alkalinity of the cleaning liquid in mind, lowering the chance of swelling or leakage during extended contact. The outer layer addresses print appearance and abrasion resistance, while the middle layer provides a barrier against odour and moisture. Adhesive bonds the layers together, so lamination strength has a direct effect on pouch service life.

Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours. Capacity is 5 L, accessories are a spout, handle and screw cap, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, handle position and spout opening can all be customised, with artwork laid out from the customer's file.

Typical applications include dish soap, laundry detergent, hand wash and cleaning agents; the pouch can also package other ordinary cleaning liquids. At 5 L, it sits in the mid-capacity range, balancing easy handling with the volume used per pack.
