For waterproof slurry and other building liquids, this 5 L spouted pouch combines a stand-up base with a carry position, letting a filled pack stand for storage or be carried by hand. The laminated body is engineered for the weight of slurry-type contents and works with conventional factory filling lines.

Built from a multi-layer laminate, the bag uses an inner ply that meets the slurry, a middle ply for strength and barrier, and a smooth outer ply for graphics. The spout is welded at a load-conscious point; when the screw cap is tightened, it helps curb leaks in transit and minimises product residue around the opening after unsealing.

The standard fill volume is 5 L, with print options from 1 to 8 colours. A screw cap and spout are supplied as fittings, and either can be sized to match your filling equipment. Orders begin at 10,000 pcs; pouch dimensions and artwork remain customizable, and layout space can be reserved for mixing ratios or batch codes.

Applications include waterproof slurry, latex building materials, and household cleaning liquids. Since building liquids are dense, the stand-up format stacks more reliably than a flat flexible bag, resists deformation under load, and helps reduce aisle space in the warehouse.
