For 5 L liquid packaging, this custom stand-up pouch with spout can be supplied in metallized or pure aluminium construction, targeting food drinking water and spring water applications. The spout and screw cap sit at the top, the pouch stands on its base, and the opening diameter, pouch dimensions and printed design are all made to order—useful when light protection and ease of use need to work together.

Each aluminium option serves a different purpose. Metallized film is created through vacuum deposition; it is lightweight and flexible, and it helps cut down light and gas transmission. Pure aluminium uses a foil layer, giving more complete light blocking and a stronger barrier against oxygen and moisture—often a better fit for water products with longer storage periods. The decision should be based on the fill and planned shelf life.

Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours. Capacity is 5 L, the accessory set is a spout plus screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Opening size, pouch width and length, and spout specification can be customised; artwork is produced from the customer's supplied file.
