Custom 5 L Handled Spout Pouch for Chemical & Home-Care Liquids | Laminated Automatic-Fill Packaging

For chemical and home-care liquid filling, this large-volume stand-up spout pouch brings the spout, screw cap and carry handle together on one bag body, allowing direct metered filling on automatic equipment. Empty pouches occupy less warehouse and transport space than rigid pails of the same capacity, and pouring through the spout helps limit contamination and dripping after the cap is opened.

The pouch body uses laminated material. Depending on the formula, it can be specified in transparent, aluminium foil or pure aluminium constructions. Transparent versions make it easy to see liquid level and colour, while foil and pure aluminium layers improve light and oxygen barrier performance for contents sensitive to light or requiring longer storage. The material layers are bonded by lamination, then edge sealing, spout insertion and cap welding are completed during bag making.

Capacity covers 1–20 L, serving both smaller packs and larger bulk formats, with printing available in 1–8 colours. Artwork, bag dimensions, spout diameter and handle style are all customised to order. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and spout, screw cap and handle can be combined according to the application.

Common contents include latex paint, waterproofing materials and ink, along with other chemical and home-care liquids that run on automatic filling lines. The spout-and-cap design supports repeated opening and resealing, which helps reduce skinning of the remaining product inside the pouch.

Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, the pouches move from lamination to bag making, spout fitting and cap sealing within one production chain. A sample can be developed first based on the customer's reference bag or drawing.
