This 5 L carry-handle spout pouch is designed for liquid products in the household and chemical categories, including bleach and waterproofing materials. Its construction combines milky white PE with a laminated material. The milky tone helps moderate exposure to light, making it a better fit than fully clear pouches for formulas that are stored away from strong light. A spout with screw cap and a carry feature allow one person to lift and handle a filled pouch.
The laminated outer layer handles tensile and puncture demands; the middle layer helps slow odour escape; the milky white PE inner layer is the liquid-contact surface and is relatively inert. A stand-up bottom lets the filled pouch remain upright, which supports shelf display and warehouse stacking while saving space.
The standard capacity is 5 L. Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours and can include full-surface base colours with graphics printed over them. The closure system consists of a spout and screw cap, with spout diameter and cap style selected to match the filling line. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions and spout specifications can be customised; if the handle area needs a load-bearing structure, confirm it during sampling.
Typical applications include bleach, waterproofing materials, inks and paints, latex coatings, and household cleaning liquids supplied as refills. At 5 L, the pack is mid-sized; the carry structure makes in-store pickup and end use easier, especially in channels where products are moved repeatedly.
