Custom 5 L (Approx. 5 kg) Stand-Up Drinking Water Pouch with Spout & Handle for Sterile Mineral Water and Beverages

Designed for portable filling of mineral water, beverages and similar free-flowing liquids, this 5 L stand-up pouch uses a folded self-supporting base. Once filled, it can sit upright on a counter or shelf. A spout, screw cap and handle are fitted, so the pack can be carried with one hand. Marked capacity: 5 L (roughly 5 kg).

The body is built from transparent film, nylon-PE and laminated material. The nylon layer contributes flexibility and drop resistance, while the PE layer supports heat sealing and product contact. Multi-layer lamination helps balance clarity with strength. The stand-up base is created by folding and sealing, and the bottom seal width affects standing stability.

Volume is 5 L, and printing covers 1–8 colours. Standard fittings include a screw cap, spout and handle. MOQ: 10,000 pcs. Pouch height, width, stand-up base dimensions, spout diameter and handle style can all be customised to the customer's requirements.

Suitable for mineral water, beverages and other free-flowing liquids, the pouch is often used for outdoor activities, meeting distribution and household drinking. The spout opening is moderate, allowing direct drinking or pouring into a cup. After resealing with the screw cap, the pouch is designed to limit leakage.
