Custom 10 L Dual-Spout Valve Water Pouch for Mineral Water and Liquid Storage

The pouch uses a dual-spout and valve layout, with two outlet diameters built into the same bag so filling and final dispensing can be connected at different points. Rated at a 10 L nominal fill and available across a 1–10 L range, it is designed mainly for mineral water and other liquids that need portable storage and portioned dispensing.

The body is made from a laminated film structure involving nylon, PE, PET and CPP. PET typically adds stiffness and printability, nylon improves puncture resistance, while PE and CPP sit on the inner side as heat-seal and product-contact layers. Once laminated, the films are sealed into a stand-up pouch, and the spout, valve and screw cap are welded into the outlet areas.

Volumes span 1–10 L, with 10 L as the primary nominal size. Printing is available in 1–8 colours. The fitting set includes a spout, valve, screw cap and handle, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Outlet diameters, pouch height and artwork layout can all be adjusted to order.

Main applications cover mineral water and drinking water, and the pack also suits liquid filling scenarios that require sterile handling conditions. The valve outlet can connect with filling or dispensing equipment, the handle makes a full pouch easier to carry, and the pouch can be laid flat for stacked storage.

Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, the pouch benefits from in-house links across lamination, bag making, spout fitting and valve welding.
