Custom 1–1000 ml Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Soy Milk, Dairy & Beverages | Aluminium Foil Laminate

Designed for liquid food filling, this stand-up spout pouch covers 1–1000 ml and can be custom-made to customer requirements. Its body is built from aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated material. A stand-up base and top spout make it suitable for shelf display and portable drinking. Compared with fully clear pouch formats, the barrier provided by the aluminium layer is the key difference, which helps with soy milk, dairy drinks and beverages that need protection from light and oxygen.

In terms of construction, the pouch combines an aluminium foil layer, a pure aluminium layer and laminated material. The heat-seal layer handles edge sealing and the spout root; the aluminium layer delivers the barrier; the print layer sits on the outside. The weld between the shoulder and the spout is the critical sealing area. During pouch making, heat and pressure from the sealing die shape this zone so the spout keeps its bond with the body after repeated opening and closing of the cap.

Standard capacity is 1–1000 ml, print colours range from 1–8, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Size proportions can be set from the customer's pouch drawing, while spout type, cap style and artwork layout are customisable. At sample approval, fill height, seal position and colour registration are checked so mass production stays consistent with the approved sample.

Main applications are liquid food, drinking water and beverage packaging, such as soy milk, milk, yoghurt, juice and tea. Restaurant chains prefer small single-serve pouches, whereas food processors often choose medium-volume formats for retail distribution and gift-box inserts.

Production is completed by Kangdi Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination and pouch making run closely together, and seal edges and spout areas are inspected routinely before dispatch.
