Aimed at hydrogen water and hydrogen-rich water packaging, this liquid pouch uses a four-side seal format with a spout, spans 1–10 L, and is made with metallized and pure aluminium material plus a spout and screw cap. The foil works as the main barrier layer to limit oxygen and light exposure, making it suitable for custom water pouch projects that call for low oxygen transmission.
With four-side sealing, seams run along the full perimeter and the pouch face stays flat without folded corners, which helps the aluminium layer sit more evenly and keeps light and oxygen blocking more consistent. In lamination, adhesive joins the foil to plastic film; the strength of that bond determines whether the pouch may delaminate during long-term storage, so lamination parameters need close control.
Printing can be specified from 1 to 8 colours. The capacity range is 1–10 L, the accessory set includes a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch length and width, spout diameter and seal-edge dimensions can all be adapted; artwork follows the customer’s design file, and the final colour sequence is confirmed at proofing.
Typical applications include hydrogen-rich water pouches, drinking water pouches, juice pouches and soup stock pouches, along with other liquid foods that need protection from light. The stand-up spout design supports intermittent use, and the screw cap allows resealing when the contents are not finished.
