5L Stand-Up Spout Water Pouch with Carry Handle | Custom Liquid Packaging, Factory Direct

Built for larger liquid volumes, this factory-direct 5 L stand-up spout pouch includes a carry handle on the bag body. The spout-and-screw-cap setup supports efficient filling on the production line while remaining easy for end users to open and dispense. It suits drinking water, beverages and other primarily liquid products, and can run on existing filling equipment.

Made from laminated material, the multi-layer pouch body combines flexibility with enough stiffness to stand upright once filled. Because the handle is welded to the pouch, stress concentrates at the handle root. The pouch format therefore needs to match the fill weight, and both handle width and weld placement must be calculated according to the actual volume.

Standard capacity is 5 L. Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Accessories include a spout, screw cap and hand carry. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter and artwork can be customised, and the layout can include a reserved area for source information or a filling date.

Primary applications are drinking water and similar liquids. The pouch also works for hydrogen-rich water, draught beer, soups, milk, juices and other food and beverage products, as well as household liquid refills. The large-capacity, carry-handle design is common in outdoor and home water-storage scenarios, and the pouch can stand upright for retail display.
