5 L Transparent Laminated Temperature-Resistant Spout Stand-Up Pouch for Building Materials, Tile Adhesive & Chemical Liquids

This 5 L clear stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid and paste products in the building materials and chemical sectors. Its laminated construction gives the bag a useful balance of stiffness, durability and temperature resistance, while the carry area is positioned to withstand pulling during transport. That makes it a practical option for denser fills such as tile adhesive.

The pouch body uses transparent laminated film so the contents remain visible. Multiple layers raise tear resistance, and the stand-up base lets the filled pouch sit upright on its own. The spout-to-body weld is the main stress point: weld width and placement affect how much load the pouch can take. Process settings therefore need to be set according to fill weight, rather than one set of parameters being applied to every size.

Standard capacity is 5 L, with printing available in 1–8 colours. The fitment consists of a spout and screw cap, and two spout diameters—large and small—are offered to match different filling lines and discharge rates. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; dimensions and fitment format can both be customised.

Typical uses are in building materials and chemicals: tile adhesive, putty-related ancillaries, waterproofing materials and various industrial liquids. The carry position makes a 5 L pack easier to move around a job site and removes the need to decant the contents into a bucket.
