5 L Clear Laminated Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Custom Opening, Screw Cap & Handle for Liquids

Positioned as a versatile liquid packaging format, this 5 L stand-up spout pouch uses a transparent laminated body. The spout opening is made to order, a screw cap seals the pouch, and a built-in handle adds carry convenience. Because it is not tied to one fill product, it works for drinking water, beverages, soup stock and other routine liquids—useful for filling plants that need one pouch style across several product lines.

A clear laminated pouch makes the liquid level easy to see, helping end users check how much product remains. The laminate brings together a printed surface layer, a barrier layer and a heat-seal inner layer. The barrier layer helps limit gas ingress from outside, while the inner layer reinforces the base and seals, so the pouch can stand upright after being filled with water.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours. The capacity is 5 L, the accessory set includes a spout and screw cap, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. In addition to the spout diameter, pouch dimensions, bottom gusset and handle placement can be customised; artwork is laid out according to the customer's supplied content.

Typical applications include drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, juice pouches, milk pouches, soup stock pouches and fresh beer pouches. The same design can also be used for ordinary non-food liquids, making it a broad-fit base pouch for liquid filling.
