2–5 L Universal Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Laundry Detergent | Custom Laminated Liquid Packaging

This universal stand-up spout pouch is built for washing and cleaning liquids in the 2–5 L range. It can serve as a standard retail pack for laundry detergent, or as a trial and promotional size. A stand-up base keeps the filled pouch upright on the shelf, so it occupies less display space.

The pouch body uses PE, nylon and laminated material. The PE layer provides heat sealing and resistance to the contents; the nylon layer adds puncture resistance and flexibility. Lamination combines films with different performance into one structure, and the bag-making step then forms the seals and fits the spout. As flexible packaging, empty pouches ship at a lower cost than rigid bottles of the same volume.

With a 2–5 L capacity, one artwork set can cover two main sizes. Printing is available in 1–8 colors and can include brand identity, usage instructions and barcodes. Optional fittings include a spout, screw cap, handle and carry grip. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and both bag style and artwork are customized to customer requirements.

Typical contents are laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and disinfectant, along with other household formulas that have similar flow behavior. The spout and screw cap let users squeeze out the amount they need and reseal the pack for later storage, which helps reduce spills compared with pouring from an open container.
