A 1 L color-printed flexible pouch solution for juice, beverages and liquid foods, this stand-up spout bag combines a screw-cap spout with a self-supporting base, making it suitable for drinks that need shelf visibility. The pouch body uses laminated material, and the front panel can be printed in 1–8 colors.
In terms of construction, the bottom is folded inward to create a standing surface, so the filled pouch stays upright on display. A spout is heat-sealed at the top and fitted with a screw cap: consumers can unscrew the cap to drink, while producers can run the pouch through filling equipment for metered filling. Laminated material is formed by bonding multiple film layers, and the barrier layer can be tailored to the contents, helping balance pouch rigidity and flexibility.
This product is specified at 1 L capacity, 1–8 color printing and an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Artwork is produced from the customer's supplied file; dimensions, spout diameter and cap color can be selected as a matched set. For shaped pouches or hanging holes, please confirm these during the plate-making stage.
