1–20 L Metallized & Pure Aluminium Stand-Up Spout Pouch | 5 L Custom Liquid Packaging for Laundry Detergent, Disinfectant, Ink & Pigment

For liquid packaging that must handle both larger fill volumes and precise dispensing, this stand-up spout pouch covers a 1–20 L range. It is used with laundry detergent, disinfectant liquids, inks and pigments, while the small-diameter spout controls flow for measured dosing and accurate pouring.

The pouch uses a laminated VMPET and pure aluminium (AL) structure. The AL layer provides reliable barrier protection, and the metallized layer supports masking performance with lower overall weight. A flat laminated face makes printing and heat sealing easier and helps the pouch travel more smoothly on filling lines.

The standard fill is 5 L, within a 1–20 L family, so bag width and height can be adjusted to the fill volume. Printing is available in 1–8 colours. The fitment is a spout with screw cap, with a small-diameter spout option. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and dimensions and fitments can be customised.

Typical applications include laundry detergent, disinfectant liquids, inks and pigments, as well as liquid refills that need protection from strong light. The narrow spout gives better control when pouring viscous products, reducing wall cling and drips for cleaner workshop and shop use.

Samples can be made against your existing pouch or container opening before confirmation. If the container opening is already fixed, the spout can be matched before tooling starts, and pouch height can be adjusted so the fill volume stays the same.
