For Rosa Roxburghii juice packaging, this valve pouch uses a PET+AL+PE pure-foil laminate to provide the highest oxygen and moisture barrier, and it is fitted with a one-way valve that vents headspace gas after filling while preventing outside air from flowing back. Juice contains organic acids and pulp, so the acidic environment can speed up film hydrolysis, and the contents are light-sensitive; the packaging therefore has to balance acid resistance, light blocking and flavour retention. It is suited to juice beverage filling lines and to ambient or chilled shelf display. Lamination structure, capacity and printed artwork can all be customised to order.
