Bag-in-box packaging pairs a flexible inner pouch with a rigid outer carton. The pouch is a stand-up style with four-side seals, heat-sealed at the top and bottom to withstand filling pressure and transport. An aseptic valve, clear or black, is welded into the upper panel and paired with a sealed filling port, so the bag connects easily to automatic fillers. Outer cartons can be produced to your own specification for stable palletising and container loading.
The inner pouch is built from food-grade laminates such as PE with nylon or PET, and we adjust barrier layers and film thickness to suit the filling — liquid egg, acidic sauces or oils — balancing flex resistance, puncture strength and shelf life. Surface printing runs 1-8 colour gravure, giving stable colour and clear brand imagery. Standard volumes cover 3L, 5L, 10L up to 220L, with intermediate sizes developed on request; matching roll film is also available.
Typical applications include liquid egg, tomato paste, fruit concentrate, edible oil, sauces and industrial liquids.
